You can just get rid of moles personally by yourself. it does not involve hospital or anything, or any surgeries.
I don't know about over there your side, but at my place here.

You can just use a toothpick or a needle, and apply some of those mole remover cream. And just poke it on your mole.

And it will magically disappear. xP
I don't think it's that harmful. Cause it feels like nothing happened.
So far, it works for everyone here.

I removed a small mole near my nose before by myself. xD
And you don't see any scar or anything.

chinese have an explaination for everything. seems that every mole on your body has a particular meaning. so good or bad, removing it may have its consequences. lol. but if ur not so superstitious then go ahead. but moles are not that bad. lol. preference though. my gf wanna remove mole cause the mole there brings 'badluck' to her life.
