Anyone planning to go see?
I'm gonna watch it (hopefully) on Wednesday, but I'm not expecting much.
The trailers look pretty bad, but I'll go see for myselfXD
Anyone got an opinion on Dragonball's first venture into live action-dom?

I've heard it was horrible. It looks horrible. Even Akira Toriyama pretty much thought it was horrible, but was too polite to say so in those words. After seeing Watchmen, I don't think I can take another comic-to-live-action disappointment. Big N-O for me.

Yeah... and american dragonball... -.-
I'm kinda surprised they haven't made a dbz movie till now though.
Well... I'm still hoping for a japanese version.

^ Was it that bad?
EDIT: OK, yes, it was that bad.
Seriously, I think I quirked my eyebrow so many times in confusion or disbelief at that film that I've got repetative strain injury.
MASSIVE CONFUSION.

i have been very curious about this movie snce i heard about it early last year, after seeing the trailer for it, its put me off drasticly. Why is it based in america or somthin like that? Theres not much relevance. Unlike the original, which wasn't exaclty the best and clearly didnt have a high budget but still. Just an assumption but it seems to just be to appeal to a broader audience but we'll see the audience reception I guess..
